Throughout his 26-year career, Mr. Ryckman has worked on numerous global brands that are household names including Colgate, Nestle, and Lipton and operated across a diverse group of fast moving consumer product categories from household consumables, beverages, nutrition, confection and specialty food. His work experience includes international and domestic brand management, product development and strategic planning across the US, Europe, and Latin America. In addition to corporate roles, Mr. Ryckman has served on the management teams of several private equity-backed turnarounds of both corporate and family owned businesses that have grown and transitioned ownership.

Mr. Ryckman is also an active investor and advisor, co-founding Three Kings Capital as a mission-driven private equity platform to invest in technology that protects critical infrastructure from cyber threats. Active investments include companies that contract directly with the US Government Department of Defense, Department of Energy, NSA, Multinational Retailers and Financial Institutions.

His brand building skills and global perspective have helped numerous brands and products become competitive and profitable businesses. Mr. Ryckman is a graduate of Saint Lawrence University where he earned a B.A in Government.”
